Discover the style that fits you

Cabinetry needs to fit you: your lifestyle, personality and, of course, budget. There are many styles of kitchen and it may be overwhelming, especially looking at magazine and show kitchens photos. Do keep in mind that any style can be applied to any kitchen! You need to find the style that you like best! Browse our Cabinet collection or flip through Gallery to find the style of your new kitchen or take our style quiz

Ah, the money talk...

The National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) recommends remodeling a kitchen with a budget of 10%-25% of your home's value. This budget includes all: new floors, if needed, all materials and labor. Around 35% of the total budget is recommended to be spent on kitchen cabinetry. That is according to NKBA. We don't necesserily agree, we belive that you will need all of your arms and legs to use the kitchen, so we will find the cabinets that won't break your bank!

Get the tape measure out

Now, it's time to measure the space. If you'd like to keep the kitchen layout the same, then simply measure the kitchen along the wall, noting the location of gas pipe, plumbing and windows, if any. Otherwise, measure the space and note where you'd like to move the stove and the sink. Click the button below to download our handy design planner. Or get in touch with us and we'll come out and measure for you!

But the best of all, you are left with a brand new and perfect kitchen! Now, you can brag! And we would not mind if you brag about us too! • What to expect

When starting a project, it is sometimes hard to know what to expect. Once the style is selected, the budget is set and the kitchen is planned, the work needs to start.

If replacing floors or sheetrock is on the list of work for your project, be prepared to live without a kitchen for quite some time. In order to replace the floors, the kitchen cabinets will need to be removed, same goes for any wall/sheetrock, so get ready with every take out menu you can get your hands on...

While the timeline for each stage of the project needs to be discussed with your contractor prior to begining, keep in mind, that delays are normal and usually unavoidable.

Semi-custom cabinets normally take up to 8 weeks to be delivered, and the countertop will take 7-10 days more.

  • Design and layout

While we LOVE HGTV and Pintrest as a source for inspiration, those should carefully approached when considering kitchen remodel.  While general style/idea/feature can be replicated without an issue, re-creating a design you saw might not be feasible for many different reasons. It doesn't mean we won't try...

  • Installation cost

The total cost of labor for a kitchen remodel project should be arond 20-25% of the total budget, depending on complexity of the job. While the cost of cabinetry installation varies enormously, depending on the skill level and reputation of the contractor,  one thing needs to be menitioned, a bad installation will ruin the best of kitchens, while a good installation will salvage the worst.

  • Countertops

The most common question we get asked is: what's better,  granite or quartz? And there is no answer to this question. The best countertop for you is the one that fits your lifestyle. While marble is a gorgeous stone, installing it in a kitchen that is used to cook is not the best idea. And if there are small children in the house, granite might not be the best choice either,  with the use and abuse that the kitchen gets, quartz might be a more sensible choice. A countertop question is always best discussed with the kitchen designer.
