The Unkitchen trend
The Unkitchen trend is one of the latest trends in kitchen design, or one of the oldest… Depends on how you look at it. If we were to go back centuries, we would find the all-so-current unkitchen in every house. The cabinets that are found in every kitchen nowadays were furniture back then, and stone countertops were too expensive to put them in the kitchen. Yet again, the kitchens were reserved for cooking and housework. The decorative aspect was not even considered, there was no need for it. As our lives changed, so did kitchens.
